There are unlimited combinations of control system tuning when it comes to feedstock combinations, machine speeds, temperatures, residence times, heat transfer, pressures, drive settings, valve settings, belts, fans and blowers - to name a few. Real world systems are stochastic. Even the most talented operators cannot test all combinations of every set point at 1% increments to find the theoretical optimization. Machine learning and probabilistic AI can. Our patent pending multi-model optimizer will improve your facility performance and auto-update your controllers to drive continuous improvement. And when you reach the theoretical optimization, it will inform your future designs.

Our team knows how to get dirty. We have stabilized gas production, improved gas chemistry and fixed gas scrubbing systems in thermal-chemical process plants. We've optimized chemical processes, improved environmental controls, and driven 300% crop yields in robotic greenhouses. We are working to increase biogas digester performance by an estimated 20% across Europe. We are practical and get "things" done.
